We want to communicate the best way possible to ensure your experience with us is outstanding! The Roof HQ Experience is made up of several things that show you how we stand out from the rest. We have comprised a step by step process as well as four differences of what you can expect from doing business with Roof HQ.

Our Process

  1. Submit your name, address, and service you are interested in or problem you are having.
  2. On the phone conversation to go over details and receive a quote.
  3. Decide on quality of shingles using a good, better, best system. Select color and determine additional add-ons and upgrades if appropriate. Once roof specifications have been agreed upon, a final price will be set. A 30% deposit & signed contract is needed to schedule installation day.
  4. The scheduled installation day, weather permitting, the crew will start removal of the old roofing system and begin installation of the new. Typically from start to finish a roof will take 1-3 days, on larger roofs it can take a week and sometimes more.
  5. When work is completed, we will clean the property thoroughly. We leave your property cleaner than when we arrived.
  6. The remaining payment is due upon completion. A certificate of completion is signed verifying that we have in fact met all requirements.

We highly value our time and we value yours. We always arrive on time to our scheduled appointments and communicate openly if any changes occur. You won’t ever wonder what time we’re arriving – when we say we’re going to be there, we’re there!

Installers

Our courteous and professionally dressed staff is proficient and efficient. From the fine details to the basic projects, our installers are routinely trained on manufacturer installation protocols so in the event you have a warranty issue with your roof, the manufacturer will cover it.

Immaculate
Cleanup

We treat your property like it’s ours. We protect your property with tarps to minimize debris on the ground. Then, when the project is complete, we scour the area for anything we missed and go over your property with a massive magnet to remove any nails left behind. You’ll have a new roof with the relief of having your property looking the same way you left it.
