Here is how the referral process works!

Submit the Referral Form below prior to your referral having any contact with Roof HQ.

Your friend must mention your name before a contract is signed in order to receive their discount.

Once their new roof is installed by Roof HQ and a Certificate of Completion is signed then you will receive your reward.
PROGRAM TERMS: A referral is a homeowner who contracts with Roof HQ LLC for a replacement roof of at least 2,000 square feet. A referral becomes a qualified customer once their roof is built and they have signed a certificate of completion and paid in full. You may not refer your own primary residence. If we have replaced your primary residence roof, you may refer a second home or rental property. Referrals must be made through our submit a referral form prior to the referred homeowner having had any initial contact with Roof HQ LLC. A referral reward will not be given if your account has not been paid in full. There may only be one (1) referrer per household submitting referrals. The referrer is solely responsible for submitting their referrals online through this form.
